Free Influencer Agreement

This Influencer Agreement (the "Agreement") is made on January 1, 2060, by and between RosyCheeks Makeup, having its principal place of business at 101 Pine Street, #567, Hillside, TX 75001 (the "Brand"), and Macey Lacey, residing at 555 Rainbow Lane, Apt 101, Harmonyville, OR 98765 (the "Influencer").

Scope and Expectations

The Influencer agrees to:

• Promote the Brand's products on their social media platforms.

• Produce posts that are professional, tasteful, and congruent with the Brand's values and aesthetics.

• Ensure all posts adhere to the platform's policies and guidelines.

Compensation

The Brand agrees to pay the Influencer a sum of $1000 per post, which will be paid within 15 days of the post publishing date. All payments shall be made via bank transfer. The Brand will provide a detailed invoice for each payment for the Influencer’s records.

Content Ownership and Usage Rights

All content created by the Influencer in connection with this Agreement will be considered as "work for hire." As such, the Brand will own all rights to the influencer's content related to this Agreement. The Influencer grants the Brand unlimited usage rights across all platforms and mediums for an indefinite period.

Contract Duration

This Agreement will commence on the date first above written and will continue until terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.

Legal Clauses and Termination Terms

This Agreement may be terminated by either the Brand or the Influencer, with a written notice of 30 days. Upon termination, the Brand is obliged to pay for all services rendered by the Influencer until the termination date.

Communication

All communications relating to this Agreement should be in writing and personally delivered or sent via email to the other party’s address as stipulated in this Agreement.
