Qualifications & Skills

Required:

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.

• Relevant experience in healthcare settings.

• Basic knowledge of medical terminologies & healthcare systems.

• Strong organizational, communication & multitasking skills.

Preferred:

• Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Coordinate patients' care from admission to discharge.

• Schedule appointments, tests & procedures.

• Communicate effectively with patients, their families & medical staff.

• Advocate for patients' rights & needs.
