Qualifications & Skills
Required:

Relevant experience in healthcare settings.
Basic knowledge of medical terminologies & healthcare systems.
Strong organizational, communication & multitasking skills.
Preferred:
Degree in nursing or healthcare-related field.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
Customer service experience.
Responsibilities & Duties
Coordinate patients' care from admission to discharge.
Schedule appointments, tests & procedures.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families & medical staff.
Advocate for patients' rights & needs.
