Job Title: Care Worker, Personal Care

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their everyday tasks, including personal hygiene, moving around, and taking medication.
Qualifications and Skills:
The individual must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in providing personal care will be highly regarded. Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient, understanding nature is vital. Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are necessary.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide personal care support to clients - bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
Administer medications per physician's instructions and maintain accurate medication records.
Monitor and assist with vital signs, like blood pressure, pulse and temperature.
Assist clients with their feeding and dietary requirements as needed.
Additional Requirements:
Candidate must pass a Level 2 background check, agree to a DMV record check, and provide recent physical examine result.
