Job Title: Occupational Therapist
We're seeking a qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist who is driven to help individuals overcome physical, developmental, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in assisting clients to regain and improve their ability to perform daily activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidates should possess:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
Current and valid Occupational Therapy license.
Certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist will include but are not limited to:
Evaluating clients’ conditions and needs, and developing appropriate treatment plans.
Implementing programs that improve clients’ ability to carry out daily activities.
Educating clients and their family members on strategies and tactics for managing physical and emotional challenges.
Assisting clients with adapting to their environments and improving their quality of life.
Experience
The successful candidate will have at least three years of clinical experience, with a track record of working with diverse patient populations.
Additional Requirements
Possess a current CPR certification and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
