Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We're seeking a qualified and passionate Occupational Therapist who is driven to help individuals overcome physical, developmental, or emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in assisting clients to regain and improve their ability to perform daily activities.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualified candidates should possess:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid Occupational Therapy license.

• Certified by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Aptitude in problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist will include but are not limited to:

• Evaluating clients’ conditions and needs, and developing appropriate treatment plans.

• Implementing programs that improve clients’ ability to carry out daily activities.

• Educating clients and their family members on strategies and tactics for managing physical and emotional challenges.

• Assisting clients with adapting to their environments and improving their quality of life.

Experience

The successful candidate will have at least three years of clinical experience, with a track record of working with diverse patient populations.

Additional Requirements

Possess a current CPR certification and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
