Job Title: Nursing Care

We're on the lookout for a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional to join our healthcare team. As a nurse, your primary responsibilities will be to provide high-quality care to our patients, meeting their different physical and psychosocial needs. You will be instrumental in promoting their health and well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties

You'll participate in patient care planning, administer medications, maintain patient records, and comply with all health and safety standards. Effectively communicate with patients, provide emotional support and conduct routine duties as required. Additionally, you have to coordinate with doctors, provide post-operative care, and give personal assistance to patients whenever necessary.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

The successful candidate must have requisite nursing qualifications, including a valid license. Our desired candidate must be someone who exhibits excellent communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills. They should also display a deep understanding of healthcare procedures and possess excellent interpersonal abilities. Compassionate, patient, and preferably with a favorable track-record in a similar position, will be preferred.

Necessary Experience

The candidate should have extensive experience providing nursing care within a structured healthcare environment. Prior experience of working in critical care, outpatient departments, or specialty clinics will be a plus. The successful candidate should demonstrate a history of maintaining high standards of care, promoting patient dignity, and advocating for patient rights.

Additional Requirements

One must be capable of lifting or moving patients when required, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Due to the fast-paced nature of our healthcare operations, you should also be willing to be on call or work during weekends/holidays.
