Qualifications and Skills

Responsibilities and Duties
The responsibilities and duties of the Home Health Aide include but are not limited to:
Assisting clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
Providing care according to the patient’s specific needs and care plan
Maintaining records of patient care, condition, and progress
Experience
Candidates must have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role
Proven experience in managing health-related issues for patients
Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
Other Requirements
Additional requirements include:
Physical endurance to perform up to medium labor
Pass a background check and drug screening
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
