You will also be there to give aid with mobility and transfers, assisting with the use of mobility aids. Medication management is also a crucial part of the responsibility. You will be tasked with administering medications according to the prescribed schedule, documenting it accordingly, and keeping a close eye on any changes or side-effects.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in a similar role is desired but not mandatory. We're looking for compassionate individuals who can ensure our clients get the care they need. You should be patient, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail to keep up with medication schedules and monitoring the client's health status. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a home care situation is also necessary.

Additional Requirements:

Clear background check and drug tests are a must for this position. Owning a valid driver's license and dependable transportation will be beneficial as our clients may require occasional outings.
