Responsibilities and Duties:
As a care giver, you will be on the frontline of providing personal care assistance to our clients. This includes helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toilet needs. You will also be there to give aid with mobility and transfers, assisting with the use of mobility aids. Medication management is also a crucial part of the responsibility. You will be tasked with administering medications according to the prescribed schedule, documenting it accordingly, and keeping a close eye on any changes or side-effects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience in a similar role is desired but not mandatory. We're looking for compassionate individuals who can ensure our clients get the care they need. You should be patient, reliable, and have a keen eye for detail to keep up with medication schedules and monitoring the client's health status. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a home care situation is also necessary.
Additional Requirements:
Clear background check and drug tests are a must for this position. Owning a valid driver's license and dependable transportation will be beneficial as our clients may require occasional outings.
