Job Title: Baby Care

This role focuses on providing high-standard care for babies, ensuring their safety, security, and well-being at all times. Responsibilities and Duties
Handling and caring for babies with utmost attention and professionalism
Feeding, bathing, and changing babies diapers as needed
Maintaining a clean and sterile environment for the babies
Monitoring babies' growth, behavior, and health conditions and reporting any concerns promptly
Assisting in the organization of activities that foster infants' physical, emotional, and social development.
Required Skills and Competencies
Proven experience caring for infants
First aid and CPR certifications are a must
Excellent understanding of child development in different age stages
Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Evidence of current immunizations and TB clearance
Certificates in health and safety, food hygiene, and First Aid will be a plus.
