Job Title: Behavior Analyst

We are looking for a dedicated Behavior Analyst to join our team. They will have the responsibility to assess behavior and design interventions to address behavioral challenges. If you’re well-versed in promoting and improving behavior, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Evaluate and assess patients' behavior.

• Develop treatment plans based on the principles of ABA to address behavior challenges.

• Train other members of the multidisciplinary team on appropriate interventions.

• Monitor progress and modify intervention strategies as necessary.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

• Collaborate with other professionals in conducting assessments and providing treatment recommendations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to share complex data in an understandable manner.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in applied behavior analysis.

• Experience using a variety of evidence-based methodologies including Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Discrete Trial Learning (DTL), Natural Environment Training (NET), and Clinical Supervision.
