Job Title: Ambulatory Care Professional
QuickRelief Urgent Care is seeking a competent Ambulatory Care Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, have a keen eye for detail, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Perform thorough patient assessments, identifying and documenting needs, concerns, and goals.

Facilitate care planning, working with the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitoring for potential side effects.

Educate patients on medication adherence.
Qualifications and Skills:

Current RN/NP/APN licensure.

2 years clinical experience in Ambulatory Care preferred.

Detail-oriented with excellent clinical skill.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Strong patient focus and ability to work in a team.
