Free Hosting Agreement

This Web Hosting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is executed and entered into this day of January 1, 2050 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Jaxa Inc., a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Arizona, with a registered office at 123 Radiant Road, Suite 99, Luminous Lane, AZ 54321 (“Service Provider”), and Lean Digitals, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Georgia, with a registered office at 987 Radiant Street, Apt 66, Luminous Gardens, GA 56789 (“Client”), hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”.

1. Services

The Service Provider shall provide website hosting services (“Services”) to the Client as per the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2050, and shall continue until January 1, 2051, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

3. Financial Terms

The Client agrees to make payments on the first of each month, as specified in this Agreement.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All the content, data, and information provided by the Client for the Services shall remain the sole property of the Client.

5. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to retain in confidence all non-public information that the other Party discloses under this Agreement.

6. Liability

The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or data, suffered by the Client.

7. Indemnification

The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider against all claims, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the Client’s misuse of the Services.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior discussions, understandings, and agreements between the Parties.

The Parties have caused this Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized representatives as of the date first written above.
