4.5. Sales Reporting

4.5.1. Your Company will provide monthly sales performance reports, including KPIs, sales progress, and recommendations for improvement.

4.5.2. The Customer will review these reports and provide feedback within five (5) business days, taking necessary actions to optimize sales strategies.

5. Responsibilities

5.1.2. Your Company will maintain the confidentiality of the Customer's business information and ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.

5.2. Customer’s Responsibilities

5.2.2. The Customer will collaborate in good faith with Your Company to achieve the mutually agreed-upon objectives, providing necessary data, insights, and approvals.

5.2.3. The Customer will ensure timely payment of all invoices as per the agreed terms, enabling smooth service delivery.

6. Dispute Resolution
