Qualifications and Skills

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management position.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Excellent organization and team management abilities.
Ability to deal with large volumes of work under time constraints.
Proficiency in customer service management software and databases.
