Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management position.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent organization and team management abilities.

  • Ability to deal with large volumes of work under time constraints.

  • Proficiency in customer service management software and databases.
