Responsibilities and Duties

• Managing patient appointments and follow-up visits

• Assisting patients with billing and payment processes

• Ensuring that the waiting room environment remains clean, comfortable and inviting to patients

• Dealing with patient queries and complaints in a professional manner ensuring that resolutions are provided

• Working closely with dental professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and service

Qualifications and Skills

Every applicant must possess the following:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a plus

• Previous experience in a dental/medical office setting

• Proficient in the use of dental management software and office equipment

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

• High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
