Job Title: Dental Customer Service Representative

Your role will focus on managing patient concerns, appointment scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area including excellent patient relations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Managing patient appointments and follow-up visits
Assisting patients with billing and payment processes
Ensuring that the waiting room environment remains clean, comfortable and inviting to patients
Dealing with patient queries and complaints in a professional manner ensuring that resolutions are provided
Working closely with dental professionals to ensure smooth patient flow and service
Qualifications and Skills
Every applicant must possess the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent, post-secondary education is a plus
Previous experience in a dental/medical office setting
Proficient in the use of dental management software and office equipment
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
High level of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
