Job Title: Hotel Customer Service

You will be the face and voice of Wade Hotel, greeting guests upon arrival and ensuring a seamless check-in process. Furthermore, you will also provide support during the check-out, ensuring our guests leave their stay with a smile and wanting to return. You will assist guests with room reservations, booking changes, and cancellations. In this role, you must provide clear, accurate information and assistance in a professional, friendly manner.

Responsibilities and Duties

Your core responsibilities will be centered around assisting guests. This includes managing room reservations, making and adjusting booking changes, facilitating cancellations, and providing guests with accurate information. Further, ensuring the smooth facilitation of the check-in process and lending support during check-out.

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays, and experience in a service-oriented position. Familiarity with booking software and the ability to manage stress effectively is a must. You should be self-motivated, highly organized, and able to multitask effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality field is a major plus. Strong customer service experience is essential.

Additional Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Bilingual candidates are preferable.
