An integral part of Phoenix Digital, the Data Entry Customer Service role requires a high sense of vigilance, keenness to detail, and a robust appreciation for accuracy. Entrusted with maintaining customers' information in a variety of databases, the ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of accuracy while promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Responsibilities and Duties
Retrieve data from various sources and input it into our databases accurately.
Ensure that all entered customer information is correct.
Identify and resolve discrepancies that may arise promptly.
Maintaining exemplary customer service by responding promptly to inquiries professionally and courteously.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Proven experience in a similar Data Entry Customer Service role.
Exceptional attention to detail leads to a high level of data accuracy.
Proficient user of databases and other data entry software.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and solve them promptly.
Experience
Previous experience in a Data Entry Customer Service role is highly desired.
Additional Requirements
Availability to work a flexible schedule as business needs dictate. Proficiency in office software tools is also acceptable.
