Job Title: Billing Customer Service

Responsibilities and Duties
As a Billing Customer Service professional, you will be tasked with:
Addressing customer inquiries about billing statements, invoices, and related issues.
Providing clarification, resolution, and comprehensive responses to customer inquiries.
Assisting customers with payment processing, including receiving payments and setting up payment plans.
Resolving issues connected with billing discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills
You need:
Proven experience in a similar role within billing and customer service.
Strong understanding of billing procedures.
Proficiency in resolving complex customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is appreciated.
