Responsibilities and Duties

As a Billing Customer Service professional, you will be tasked with:

• Addressing customer inquiries about billing statements, invoices, and related issues.

• Providing clarification, resolution, and comprehensive responses to customer inquiries.

• Assisting customers with payment processing, including receiving payments and setting up payment plans.

• Resolving issues connected with billing discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

You need:

• Proven experience in a similar role within billing and customer service.

• Strong understanding of billing procedures.

• Proficiency in resolving complex customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain efficiency under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional Requirements
