Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Address customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a retail environment
- Provide product recommendations tailored to individual customer needs

- Assist with product display preparations and restocking shelves
- Maintain a neat, organized, and efficient retail space

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

- A minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail
- Excellent people skills; can effectively manage customer inquiries and build customer relationships
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Diligent, meticulous, and capable of maintaining an orderly retail space
- Knowledgeable about various product specifications and can make sound product recommendations

Additional Requirements

- A high school diploma
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for long hours
