Job Title: Credit Card Customer Service Representative
This role is primarily aimed at providing outstanding customer service to credit card holders with various inquiries, concerns, and transactions related to their credit card accounts. The success of our company rides on the shoulders of those who work directly with our credit card holders, and we are currently seeking an adept professional to fill this role.
Responsibilities and Duties
The appointed Credit Card Customer Service Representative will:
Answer incoming customer queries related to credit card accounts
Assist customers in resolving any issues or problems they may encounter with their accounts
Complete transaction requests as requested by customers
Maintain customer records by updating account details
Inform customers about any changes or updates relating to their accounts
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial industry, is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Understanding of credit card systems and processes
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle tough situations with customers
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task efficiently
Proficiency in handling computer systems, databases, and tools
Necessary Experience
At least 2 years of customer service experience is expected, preferably within a financial institution or credit card company.
Additional Requirements
Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
