We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Customer Service Representative at Heatherfield Health. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing top-tier care to our patients, coordinating and scheduling medical appointments efficiently, and addressing patient inquiries promptly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Coordinate and schedule medical appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of healthcare resources.
Address patient inquiries related to medical bills, insurance coverage, and financial assistance, providing clear and accurate information.
Interact professionally with patients and caregivers to foster relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
Qualifications:
Successful candidates should have experience in customer service, preferably in a hospital setting. They should be proficient in multitasking, have strong communication and organizational skills, and have a thorough understanding of medical billing and insurance matters. Knowledge of medical terminology will be an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
