Job Title: Training Facilitator

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field.

  • Proficient in creating, conducting, and managing interactive training sessions.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to modify the instructional material based on feedback and different learning styles.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Design and implement training programs.

  • Conduct interactive sessions, utilizing various instructional methods.

  • Modify and improve training content based on participant feedback and session dynamics.

  • Assess the effectiveness of training and make necessary amendments for future sessions

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or an equivalent role dealing with corporate training.

Additional requirements:
