Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

A Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, or a related field.

Proficient in creating, conducting, and managing interactive training sessions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design and implement training programs.

Conduct interactive sessions, utilizing various instructional methods.

Modify and improve training content based on participant feedback and session dynamics.

Assess the effectiveness of training and make necessary amendments for future sessions
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or an equivalent role dealing with corporate training.
Additional requirements:
