This essential role involves collaborating with department heads to understand business objectives, aligning training initiatives accordingly, and systematically evaluating the effectiveness of these programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Training and Development Officer, your tasks will include but not be limited to:

Collaborate with department heads to identify and understand enterprise-wide business objectives

Develop and implement training initiatives that align with these objectives

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through continuous collection and analysis of feedback, assessments, and performance metrics

Introduce adjustments to improve training strategies based on analyzed data

Ensure the company compliance with industry regulations and standards through adequate training of all staff members.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
Applicants should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Education, or a related field

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an insurance setting

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

Excellent analytical abilities

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

Additional Requirements
