Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

ZenithX Robotics Ltd. is searching for a qualified Training and Development Specialist committed to evolving our company's training programs. Being at the forefront of technological advancement, ZenithX Robotics calls for a candidate who will ensure that our highly skilled workforce remains on par with the rapid pace of change. The selected individual will work collaboratively with departments, identifying crucial training needs and building comprehensive programs. With an important role in inspiring our team members, your prime objective will be the delivery of an efficient training curriculum across various mediums.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work with department heads and subject matter experts to distinguish training needs.

• Forge sophisticated training program that aligns with the company's goals.

• Prepare captivating and useful training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

• Develop and refresh training materials - presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules - to underpin training programs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Exceptional understanding of instructional design and learning principles

• Proficiency in developing and managing large-scale training programs

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, e-learning platforms, and setting up A/V equipment

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position is required, particularly in developing instructional training materials.

Additional Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or related certification is preferred.
