Job Summary:
The Training and Development Specialist will collaborate with departmental managers and HR to identify training needs and performance gaps. Our new team member will design, develop and facilitate a range of training programs to maximize employee performance and satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Training and Development Specialist will:

Analyze training needs and conduct thorough assessments to determine specific training requirements.

Design and develop engaging training programs, courses, and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, webinars, and presentations.

Ensure effective delivery of training programs, using diverse instructional techniques and technologies.

Keep track of the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
We're looking for a candidate who has:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, education, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven proficiency in instructional design and training facilitation.

Knowledge of e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
