Job Title: Training and Development Manager
We are currently seeking a dynamic Training and Development Manager to join our driven team at EduTech Enterprises. Targeting collaboration and efficiency, your role would entail streamlining our training programs to align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Working in conjunction with department heads and senior management to pinpoint training needs.
Designing and creating exhaustive training programs which include e-learning modules, workshops and on-job trainings.
Delivery of all training sessions, be it on-site or through digital platforms.
Ensuring the training methods and material created are interactive, fruitful and line up with the organizational goals.
Establishing mechanisms to gauge the effectiveness of the training programs.
Gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders in order to make continuous improvements.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
Interested candidates should possess:
A bachelor's degree in education, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in training and development management, program development and delivery
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively manage, lead, and supervise a multidisciplinary team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Necessary Experience:
Experience in a similar role or position for a minimum of five years is required. Familiarity with modern training methods, including digital learning, is essential.
