Job Title: BPO Training Manager

We are seeking a strong, self-performing BPO Training Manager to administer training and development programs within our organization. As the BPO Training Manager, you will be entrusted with coordinating and supervising all training activities. The goal is to enhance employees' skills, improve productivity and quality of work, and build loyalty to the firm.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identify and assess the training needs within the organization.

  • Develop and oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.

  • Train and guide the team, organize development sessions, and discussion workshops.

  • Oversee and manage the professional development of the team.

  • Regularly monitor, track, and document staff performance to identify areas of improvement.

  • Implement strategic initiatives to ensure the maintenance of a competent and motivated workforce.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Demonstrated skills in developing effective training programs and materials.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

  • An analytical mind with the ability to solve complex problems.
