Job Title: Army Basic
Training Instructor

Forestpoint Academy is actively seeking a dedicated Army Basic Training Instructor. The selected individual will be primarily responsible for conducting physical training sessions, enforcing military discipline and standards, and leading drills and simulations to nurture exceptional combat readiness and situational awareness among recruits.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prepare and conduct regular training sessions to ensure recruits meet and maintain required fitness standards.

  • Enforce robust military discipline and standards, instilling a strong sense of duty and responsibility.

  • Plan and execute drills and simulations designed to enhance combat readiness and situational awareness.

  • Continually assess the performance of each recruit and provide constructive feedback in a timely manner.

  • Proactively identify any issues or problems during training and develop effective solutions.

Skills and Competencies

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in Army Basic Training and discipline enforcement.

  • Strong physical fitness and ability to lead by example.

  • Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.

  • A passion for molding raw recruits into efficient military personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Proven experience in managing and conducting physical training sessions.

  • Prior military service is a plus.
