This role not only involves ensuring the success of our training events, but also necessitates thoughtful and effective communication with participants before, during, and after each training event.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Planning, developing, and executing comprehensive training programs and workshops
• Ensuring that training events meet the specific developmental objectives of participants
• Communicating, tracking, and addressing employee feedback regarding training events
• Regularly evaluating the success of training initiatives and making improvements as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies

• Proven experience as a Training Coordinator or similar role
• Strong knowledge of various training methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or related field is preferred.
