The Training Consultant will be in charge of the following tasks:

Conduct training needs analysis in collaboration with department heads and HR.

Deliver dynamic and interactive training workshops, webinars, and in-person sessions.
Ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with the company's objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

Applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

A bachelor's degree in business, HR, Learning and Development, or a related field.
At least five years of experience in a similar role.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of proficiency with MS Office and e-learning software.
