Job Title: Training Analyst
As a Training Analyst, you'll be ingrained in the refinement and enhancement of our organization's training procedures and modules. Your tenacity, critical analysis skills, and passion for continuous learning will be vital in advancing our training programs, and setting our employees up for success.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Analyze current training processes and programs, identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and execute strategies for streamlining and improving training programs
• Work closely with the team to ensure training materials and content are current and effective
• Conduct regular evaluations of the training program’s effectiveness
• Advise on the implementation of new training methods
Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in designing successful training programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum three years of experience as a Training Analyst
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
