Job Title: Training Associate

AdventureTech Outdoor is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Training Associate to join our team. The Training Associate will assist in crafting high-quality training materials, ensure smooth logistics for training sessions, maintain training records, and provide support to the trainers and participants in our Training Program Support team.

Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Training Associate, you will:

Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, which include scheduling, room setup, and technology requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and databases.
Track training attendance and performance metrics.
Support trainers in delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions.
Serve as a backup trainer whenever necessary.
Provide technical support during training sessions to ensure a smooth learning experience.
Respond to participant inquiries and provide assistance with training-related questions.
Monitor participant progress and provide feedback to trainers as needed.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development or relevant field.
Exceptional organizational and coordination abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with e-learning platforms.
Proficient in MS Office suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
Great team player with ability to work independently.
