Birth Photographer Release Of Liability

IV. Responsibilities of the Client

The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the birth plan, including location, expected due date, and any special requests or considerations. The Client also agrees to inform the Photographer of any changes to the birth plan as soon as possible.

V. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the birth photography session. This includes but is not limited to personal medical information, family dynamics, and any other sensitive details discussed or observed during the session.

VI. Copyright and Usage

The Photographer retains all copyrights to the photographs taken during the birth photography session. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal use only. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or sell the photographs without the Photographer's prior written consent.

VII. Compensation

The Client agrees to compensate the Photographer by the terms outlined in the Photography Services Agreement. Payment is due upon completion of the birth photography session unless otherwise specified in writing.

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Client's actions or omissions during the birth photography session.
