Leading: Participants may be involved in leading horses, where they guide the horse by holding onto a lead rope or halter. Leading activities may include walking horses to and from pastures, turnout areas, or grooming stations.
Observation of Horses: Participants may engage in observing horses, which involves watching and learning about horse behavior, body language, and care practices. Observation activities provide participants with valuable insights into horse management and welfare.
III. Assumption of Risks
The individual participating in these activities, herein referred to as the Participant, is fully aware and acknowledging the fact that engaging in horse riding, and activities related to it, contains inherent risks that are simply a part of them.
The Participant, fully conscious of the potential repercussions, voluntarily decides to shoulder the risks linked to these activities that can result in severe harm, even with the implementation of all safety precautions.
IV. Release and Waiver of Liability
The participant, acting not only for themselves but also for their legal heirs, individuals appointed as executors of their will, and the administrators of their legal and financial affairs, solemnly declares and confirms that they fully and unconditionally release, acquit, and discharge [YOUR COMPANY NAME].
