DOG BOARDING RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I. PARTIES

III. CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT

The Pet Owner understands and accepts that despite the Company's best efforts to provide a safe and comfortable environment, certain risks may still exist.

The Pet Owner agrees to inform the Company of any known behavioral or health issues that may affect the pet's stay, including allergies, aggression, medical conditions, or special dietary requirements. The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate boarding services if the pet's behavior poses a threat to the safety or well-being of other pets, staff, or facilities.

IV. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

In consideration of the services provided by the Company, the Pet Owner hereby waives and releases the Company, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the boarding, care, or handling of the pet(s) during their stay at the Company's facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, injuries, illnesses, accidents, damages to property, or loss of the pet(s).

The Pet Owner acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or behavioral changes that may occur during or after the boarding period. The Pet Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the pet's actions or the Pet Owner's failure to disclose relevant information.

V. DISCLAIMERS

The Company makes no warranty or representation regarding the pet care services provided, including but not limited to, the pet's health, behavior, or response to training methods. The Pet Owner acknowledges that the Company cannot guarantee the pet's safety or well-being in all circumstances and accepts full responsibility for any risks associated with the boarding services.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Pet Owner agrees that, in no event, will the Company be liable for damages beyond the amount paid by the Client for the boarding service. This limitation of liability extends to any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action, including negligence, breach of contract, or strict liability.

VII. EMERGENCY CONTACT

The Pet Owner agrees to provide a reliable emergency contact person and contact information in case of any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during the pet's stay. The Company will make reasonable efforts to contact the emergency contact but reserves the right to make decisions regarding the pet's health and safety if immediate action is necessary.

VIII. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Pet Owner agrees to abide by all policies and guidelines set forth by the Company regarding the boarding and care of the pet(s).
