PARTICIPANT RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I. INTRODUCTION

II. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS

III. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The Participant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the Company, its agents, officers, employees, contractors, and volunteers from any liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense that the Participant (or their next of kin) may suffer, regardless of whether such harm resulted directly or indirectly from the negligence or gross negligence of the Company.

2.4 Assumption of Risk

They understand that certain risks may not be foreseeable or avoidable, and they voluntarily assume all such risks.
