Makeup Artist Release Of Liability



This Release of Liability ("Release") is entered into on this [DATE], between [Your Name] ("Makeup Artist") and [Client Name] ("Client"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

I. Services Provided

The Makeup Artist agrees to provide makeup services to the Client for the agreed-upon event or occasion. These services may include but are not limited to makeup application, consultation, and recommendations.

II. Acknowledgment of Risks

The Client acknowledges that the makeup application process may involve certain risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, or other adverse reactions. The Client agrees to disclose any known allergies or sensitivities to the Makeup Artist prior to the application of any makeup products.

III. Release of Liability

In consideration of the services provided by the Makeup Artist, the Client hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue the Makeup Artist for any and all liability to the Client, their representatives, heirs, and assigns for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the makeup services provided, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other harm, whether caused by the negligence of the Makeup Artist or otherwise.

IV. Assumption of Risk

The Client understands and acknowledges the risks associated with makeup application and voluntarily assumes all risks related to the services provided by the Makeup Artist. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Makeup Artist harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the makeup services provided.

V. Limitation of Liability

The Makeup Artist's liability under this Agreement shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the makeup services provided. In no event shall the Makeup Artist be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction]. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

VII. Severability
