II. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING
The undersigned, [PARTICIPANT'S NAME], hereby acknowledges that they voluntarily chose to engage in the team-building activity, fully understanding the physically demanding nature of such activities and the inherent risks involved which include but are not limited to physical injury, property damage, or even death.
III. ASSUMPTION OF RISKS
[PARTICIPANT'S NAME], hereby voluntarily assumes full responsibility for any risks involved or any damages or injuries that may occur during their participation in the activity.
III.I Physical Injury: Engaging in physically demanding challenges carries inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to strains, sprains, fractures, or other bodily harm due to falls, collisions, or overexertion.
III.II Environmental Hazards: The team-building activity may take place in outdoor or indoor environments where unpredictable conditions such as rough terrain, inclement weather, or uneven surfaces pose potential risks of accidents or injuries.

III.V Participant Behavior: While the company endeavors to provide a safe environment, participants understand that their actions or decisions, including failure to follow instructions, may increase the likelihood of accidents, injuries, or harm to themselves or others.
IV. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
