MEDIA RELEASE OF LIABILITY
I. Identification of Parties

In no event shall Releasor be liable to Recipient or any third party for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of Media Materials under this Agreement.
V. Entire Agreement
