I have a master’s degree in Business and Management at South Central Louisiana State University. Apart from that, I have 10 succeeding years of work experience in the hotel management industry. To give you an insight, I was a Junior Hotel Supervisor in Hotel Escalante at Florida and I was awarded as the most outstanding employee as I raise the total revenue of the hotel for up to 35%. I was also given the duties to handle 250 hotel personnel and I was able to achieve my definite goal. 

With my experience, I have acquired hands-on training with regard to the creation and implementation of my previous company’s staff schedule. I am also an expert in handling irate customers that will blow up anytime if they were not addressed properly while maintaining the dignity of the hotel.
