Coronavirus COVID-19 Bankruptcy Letter

To whom it may concern,

I am writing this to explain the circumstances of my Chapter [13] bankruptcy filing in [2020]. I was hospitalized for six months after taking regular leaves from work from a month prior as well. Although I received a significant payment from my insurance company for my medical bills, I was not able to pay the rest of my creditors. 

In these uncertain times of COVID-19 pandemic, I have depended on my credit card a lot as well for rent and other household expenses adding more to the financial hardships. That is why I was suggested to file for bankruptcy as there was no other way for me to realistically cope with the situation. 

Although I am currently back to work in a work-from-home setting with a new and revised financial plan and budget for daily expenses, I would still require financial help to gain some stability. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if you could grant me a loan for this very reason. I have enclosed a copy of my financial plan in writing for your perusal. It includes my budget and method for repaying the loan.
