Influencer Agreement

This Influencer Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between [Your Company Name], a company organized and existing under the laws of [State/Country], with its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] ("Company"), and [Influencer Name], an individual residing at [Influencer Address] ("Influencer"). Company and Influencer may be referred to collectively as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".

The Influencer agrees to keep all non-public information regarding the Company and its business confidential and to not disclose such information to any third parties without the express written consent of the Company.

6. Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement upon giving thirty (30) days written notice to the other Party. Upon termination, Influencer shall promptly return all Company property and materials in Influencer’s possession.

7. Miscellaneous

7.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country] without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

7.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter hereof.
