Dear Mr. Powell,

I hope this letter finds you well. It is with a mixture of gratitude and a touch of sadness that I submit my resignation from my position as an English Teacher at Oakridge High School, effective January 25, 2055.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Oakridge High School and have had the privilege of working with talented colleagues and wonderful students. The experiences and memories I have gained during my tenure here are invaluable, and I am truly appreciative of the opportunities for professional and personal growth that Oakridge has provided.

After careful consideration and reflection, I have decided to pursue a new path in my career that aligns with my long-term goals and aspirations. While this decision was not made lightly, I believe it is the right step for my personal and professional development.

I am committed to ensuring a smooth transition during my remaining time at the school. I am willing to assist in the selection and training of a suitable replacement, and I am open to discussing any other measures that will help facilitate a seamless handover of my responsibilities.

Once again, I want to extend my heartfelt thanks for the enriching experience of being a part of Oakridge High School. I look forward to staying connected and witnessing the continued success and growth of the school in the future.

Sincerely,
Bernie Allen
