Dear Mr. Rouse,

It is with mixed emotions that I write this letter to inform you of my retirement, effective September 15, 2060. After much consideration and assessment of my age and eligibility, I have decided that it's time for me to transition into the next phase of my life.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with dedicated colleagues like yourself, and I am grateful for the support and guidance I have received. The memories and experiences I gained during my time here will be cherished forever.

Retirement marks a significant milestone in one's life, and I am enthusiastic about the opportunities awaiting me in this new chapter. While I will miss the camaraderie and the challenges of the workplace, I look forward to spending more time with my loved ones and pursuing personal interests that have been put on hold.
