Job Title: IT Coordinator
DayneTech, a recognized local leader in the technology industry, is actively looking for a seasoned IT Coordinator with a knack for managing IT resources. The candidate will be required to tackle issues of IT asset management, ensuring compatibility, and being respectful of budget constraints. There is a need for maintenance and updating of both IT documentation and inventory records for efficient IT operations.
Responsibilities and Duties
Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment, software, and licenses
Ensure the compatibility of all procured resources
Manage budget constraints regarding IT equipment and software
Maintain and update user manuals and system configurations
Keep an updated record of IT inventory
Required Skill and Competencies
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 3 years of experience in an IT-related field
Possess effective communication abilities
Show skills in information technology coordination
Demonstrate time management and organizational skills
Qualifications
Our company is seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related area of study. Proven work experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role is also required.
