Responsibilities and Duties

Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the procurement of IT equipment, software, and licenses

  • Ensure the compatibility of all procured resources

  • Manage budget constraints regarding IT equipment and software

  • Maintain and update user manuals and system configurations

  • Keep an updated record of IT inventory

Required Skill and Competencies

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in an IT-related field

  • Possess effective communication abilities

  • Show skills in information technology coordination

  • Demonstrate time management and organizational skills

Qualifications

Our company is seeking individuals with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related area of study. Proven work experience as an IT Coordinator or similar role is also required.
