Job Title: IT Technician, User Support
CloudCom Innovations is seeking a skilled IT Technician specialized in User Support to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end-users, maintenance of hardware and software, and network support.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The IT Technician, User Support will perform but not limited to the following roles:

Provide technical assistance and support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems involving desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, including setting up and configuring equipment.

Perform hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs.

Install and configure software applications, updates, and patches.

Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.

Assist in the setup and maintenance of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Proven experience as an IT Technician or relevant position.

In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates should have a degree in Computer Science, engineering, or relevant field. Certifications as IT Technician will be an advantage along with experience in network management and help desk support.
