This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual interested in making significant business impacts by analyzing business requirements and processes and translating them into effective IT solutions. The IT Analyst will also investigate and resolve a variety of IT issues, including those related to software and hardware, and provide technical support to end-users, assisting in problem resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate must have the following qualifications and skills:

• A degree in IT or a relevant field

• Prior experience in handling IT-related responsibilities

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities when dealing with software and hardware problems

• Excellent analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in the latest IT and software trends

Responsibilities and Duties

The IT Analyst will be tasked to:

• Analyze business requirements and processes

• Design, test, and implement effective IT solutions

• Take ownership of software and hardware issues, investigating and resolving the same

• Provide technical support to end-users

• Assist in problem resolution across the organization

Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. What we value most is the ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of technical issues and to provide effective solutions.
