You will work directly with our team members to ensure our computer hardware, software, servers and networks run reliably and securely. Responsibilities and Duties:

As an IT Administrator, your duties will include:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including servers, workstations, and networking equipment.

• Perform routine system updates and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

• Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.

• Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.

• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management

• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery

• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
