Job Title: IT Associate, Technical Support
We are seeking an IT Associate to join our Technical Support team at CyberGuard Systems. The selected individual will primarily focus on providing customer-centered first-level technical support. This includes troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues whilst offering assistance to end-users either in-person, via phone, or email. The successful candidate will also handle routine maintenance and ensure a secure and performance-driven network environment. Responsibilities and Duties:
Delivering top-tier support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving issues in hardware, software, and network components. Assisting in routine maintenance exercises, upgrades and repairs of our IT systems and equipment. Supervising inventory and documentation of IT assets. Assisting in maintaining a high-performance network environment and supporting remote access solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
Candidates should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent technical certifications. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as effective communication skills in English (both verbal and writing), are essential. Knowledge in troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining IT equipment is required. A firm grasp of network technologies and concepts is a plus.
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year experience in a technical support role, or similar, is preferred.
Additional Requirements:
Applicants must be legally allowed to work in the United States. Candidates should be willing to undergo a background check and must have a driving license.
