Responsibilities and Duties
The IT Operations Manager will:
Steer and mentor IT teams, providing the requisite support and guidance.
Manage staffing, including recruitment, hiring, and maintaining optimal team size.
Oversee training programs for IT staff to ensure continuous professional growth and updated industry information.
Assess performance, conduct evaluations, and implement feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to tailor IT initiatives that propel business objectives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies
The ideal candidate must have:
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field.
Proven experience in an IT management role.
