In this role, you will use your technical expertise to assist our customers, helping them navigate and troubleshoot any hardware and software issues they encounter. This role may entail working remotely or in our office located at 10 Nathaniel Blvd. Englewood, NM 07631.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems

Provide efficient escalation process to higher-level support if needed
